Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy:

  • Terms of return. Please check your orders when they arrive and report any damages as soon as possible.
  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product). Items that arrive damaged or broken will be replaced.
  • No refunds on produced items. However, if the item has not been produced yet, a refund can be issued.
